More Mia

I know there's been a lot of Mia and I will get to the boys...eventually. What can I say, she owned April! This is her birthday party and up next is her baptism.

Four eyes 8-)

She has 20/20 vision yet she needs glasses?? Apparently her eyes have trouble focusing together, so she needs glasses for reading/homework/computer. I'm still wondering if they were blowing smoke up our behinds to sell some extra glasses. Well she looks cute anyway.

8 is GRRRRRREAT!

I never knew how fast 8 years could go by! At 4:54 am April 12, 2002, little miss Mia came into our lives. What an incredible gift she has been. Our only girl lights up our lives and fills up our hearts. She is adored by her brothers, and cherished by her mom and dad. I love that she is girly in some ways...loves to shop, get her nails done and talk on the phone. And then not so girly in other ways, she plays soccer with the boys at lunch, she has never wanted dolls no matter how hard I've tried, and she loves getting dirty. Such a well rounded young lady! Someone pointed out to me that if I think these 8 years have gone by fast, just wait til the next 8 go by then she starts driving! For now we'll just look forward to her big party and baptism which she is very excited about. WE LOVE OUR MIA! Happy 8th Birthday daughter!!
