True blue?

Maybe you saw this post here about my kids eyes starting out blue? I said I'm skeptical when people tell me Eli's eyes are going to be blue because all my kids eyes have changed around one year. However, I've snapped a couple pictures recently that make me think #4 might actually have blue eyes?! What do you think? Should I stay skeptical?
